Jakarta Governor, Basuki 'Ahok' Tjahaja Purnama intends to grant building of Public Works Department's ex-office in Jati Baru, Tanah Abang, Central Jakarta for National Narcotics Agency (BNN).

"Public Works Department's ex-office is granted as BNN's building," said Ahok at City Hall, Friday (11/13).

He acknowledged has proposed the letter to Jakarta Legislative Council (DPRD) about the plan. "I've proposed the letter, I told City Secretary just give the building to BNN as they don't have one," he told.
Besides the building, he also intends to give official house to the agency head. Considering there are some vice Governor's official houses are not used.
"Including vice governor's house at Jalan Satrio Utomo since it's empty. If the council agrees, just grant it so that the agency head has office and house, and no need to lend," he uttered.
